- For normal Haematopoiesis

Vitamin C increases the iron absorption and the trace element copper supports normal iron transport in the body. Vitamin B2 also contributes to a normal iron metabolism. Together with vitamins B6 and B12, iron contributes to the normal red blood cell formation. Folate contributes to normal blood formation. Cell division processes also play an important role in the production of red blood cells. Iron, folate and vitamin B12 have a role in the process of cell division. Vitamin B2 contributes to the maintenance of normal red blood cells.

- For optimal oxygen supply

IRON COMPLEX SYRUP contains well tolerated and optimally bio-available, micro-encapsulated iron. This supports the body’s iron supply and contributes to normal oxygen transport and to normal formation of haemoglobin.
IRON COMPLEX also contains a chlorophyll complex with copper that is gained from the lucerne plant (alfalfa). Chlorophyll is the green plant dye and is chemically related to the red blood dye haemoglobin.

- For a reduction of fatigue

Like the vitamins of the B complex, iron has important functions in the production of energy in the body cells. Together with copper, B-vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B12) and vitamin C, iron contributes to a normal energy-yielding metabolism. Iron, vitamin B2, B3, B5, B6, folic acid, vitamin B12 and vitamin C also contribute to the reduction of fatigue and tiredness.

- For optimal bio-availability

Bioperine® is a patented extract from black peppercorns (Piper nigrum) with a high concentration of the active plant substance piperin. Bioperine® naturally supports the uptake of nutrients through the digestive system and thus ensures optimal bio-availability.

ÖKOMED® IRON COMPLEX SYRUP contains the patented
PHYTO-PANMOL®-B-COMPLEX. This contains botanical B vitamins obtained from high-quality quinoa sprouts. The following vitamins are present in a unique complexity and completeness: Vitamin B1 as aneurin, TPP, TTP; vitamin B2 as riboflavin, FMN, FADH; vitamin B3 as niacin, NADH, NADPH; vitamin B5 as pantothenic acid, coenzyme A; vitamin B6 as pyridoxine, pyridoxol, pyridoxamine; vitamin B7 as biotin, biocytin; vitamin B9 as folic acid, folate; vitamin B12 as cyanocobalamine, methylcobalamine.
